B. Snipes
B. Snipes
alt-folk, singer-songwriter from Birmingham AL

B. Snipes began writing songs at the age of thirteen, after his father gave him his first guitar. His years in school choir and theatre productions only deepened his love for music and performing.
His childhood years were spent living within the beauty of southeast Tennessee and the mountains of north Georgia.
It was here that his unique soulful voice and powerful songwriting began to take shape. Drawing upon a range of influences from folk to indie rock, his music feels at once nostalgic and new.
His forthcoming album, 'My Mountain Home', is expected out in early 2018.
Ben Strawn
Ben Strawn
Singer Songwriter from Chattanooga TN

"Chattanooga singer-songwriter Ben Strawn has a voice that transcends the usual stereotypes of the genre within which he finds himself... He dips into folk’s classic narratives and a weathered pop construction that propel his songs forward without linking to any specific musical lineage. [Ben's music] is a fully realized folk and rock experience that begs to be explored in all its melodic complexity-and you’ll return to it often to see what bit of newness can be gleaned from its depths.
" - Joshua Pickard, The Local
A recent graduate of Lee University, Ben Strawn is a 22 year old singer-songwriter and musician based in Chattanooga, TN.

Influenced by artists like Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors, Rayland Baxter, Brandi Carlile, Dawes and Ben Rector, Ben's sound can be described as a crossover between folk, pop, rock and country.

His first EP, Bridges to Burn, recorded under the label, Music for Missions, was released in 2015. His debut independent EP, At Sunset, was released in the summer of 2017.
Justin Cross
Justin Cross
Americana Artist / Folk Rock from Birmingham, AL

After releasing his first full-length album Listening to Ghosts in 2010, Justin Cross started reworking and perfecting his homey, folky sound; quickly realizing a maturity that few songwriters of his age possess. His songs speak of hopeful realism, of spiritual struggles, and of a desire to affect the world in a positive light.

In 2012, Cross released his official follow-up EP, Another Winter, to resounding critical approval and further developed his keen sense for contemplative songwriting.

After a successful, fan-funded IngieGoGo campaign at the end of 2013, Cross released his second full-length album, Hope Where It Lies . Cross says, “It is one of those records that resonates with different people in different ways. Some people may be dealing with the same cynicism I was and I want them to see that the world isn’t as much of a lost cause as they suspect.”
