Frances & the Foundation
Frances & the Foundation
Rock / Alternative / Indie from East Nashville TN

Frances & the Foundation began in 2010 when front Woman Samantha Frances and and a friend wrote their first song in their living room. After spending some time bouncing around the West Coast, Frances made her home in Nashville, where she forged her no-holds bar attitude and sold her soul to Rock N"Roll.

Since that day in the living room, the band has grown their alternative aesthetic with a dirtier,hard-hitting sound while maintaining the catchiness of today's rock-pop hits.

Frances & the Foundation's influences drive from the world around them, but ultimately comes from the mind and soul of Samantha Frances' relatable lyrics and versatile style has lead them to unique opportunities, including shows with puck veterans The Gaslight Anthem and Grammy Award winning soul-rockers The Alabama Shakes.

"I'm talking to myself in songs a lot of the time, usually sorting out how I feel about something going on in my life, or how I feel about society. We try to do what we love everyday and impact other people's lives positively," said Frances

Frances & the Foundation will be releasing a 3-track 7" in 2016,with a debut full-length album to follow in 2017. The Rock act will be touring throughout November & december to spread their music throughout the land.
